Frequently Asked
Questions

For Home Cooks
Most of our products are frozen or refrigerated to maintain peak freshness. Be sure to check the packaging for specific storage instructions. Frozen items should be kept at 0°F (-18°C) or below, and refrigerated items should be kept at 40°F (4°C) or below. For seafood, temp should be 38° F or below.
Our seafood entrées are designed for convenience and flavor. Most products include detailed cooking instructions on the packaging, whether it's baking, pan-searing, or grilling. For best results, always preheat your oven or pan and follow the recommended cook times and temperatures.
Freezing can not recommended on the dips and spreads as mayo-based products will separate.
Many of our products are gluten-free, but it’s always best to check the packaging or ingredient list for specific dietary information. If you have questions about a particular product, feel free to contact our customer service team.
Absolutely! We love inspiring our customers with creative ways to enjoy our products. Check out our product pages or social media channels for recipes, pairing ideas, and more.
(Optional): Slit pouch to break vacuum seal and thaw overnight in the refrigerator (keep it cold – always 38°F or less). To thaw quickly, place the still wrapped seafood in cool running water for 30 minutes. Use immediately after thawing.
At this time as a wholesaler we do not ship direct, but are looking at great options to get your Inland Market fix to your doorstep.
